WHO ARE WE?

We are an agency hired by multiple wedding and event venues in St Augustine, Florida, to be their booking agents. We strive to provide a great service for all our newly engaged couples.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
​
We will be your main contact for the property, accept all contracts, payments and required paperwork per venue. We will also meet you and or your event vendors at the property as many times as needed leading up to the event date. We provide you with all the rules and regulations for each property, as well as submitting all your requests to the boards of the venues.
​
St. Augustine Bookings will NOT be present on the day of your event. After gathering all your information, we will turn over your completed file to the property, for the facility rep on the day of the event.
The venue facility representative is just there the day of to simply unlock doors, turn on lights and answer any questions regarding the property itself. The venue facility representative is NOT to coordinate the event or act as an event planner. Each venue will require a point of contact the day of.

10:00 A.M. -5:00 P.M. Tuesday-Saturday. By Appointment Only.
We do not offer tours on Sunday.
